Jaboune Hafid

Hafid Jaboune is a dedicated and results-oriented legal professional with over 15 years of experience across international and Canadian legal systems. As a licensed paralegal and notary public in Ontario, he brings a deep understanding of both civil and common law traditions, offering clients reliable, efficient, and personalized legal support.

His legal journey began in Morocco, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Private Law from Hassan II University. He was certified to practice law by the Ministry of Justice and became a member of the Casablanca Bar Association. During his career as a lawyer in Casablanca, he represented clients in civil litigation, administrative disputes, and commercial law, developing strong skills in legal research, document drafting, client advocacy, and courtroom representation.

Upon immigrating to Canada, Hafid continued his legal education by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies at Algonquin College. He also obtained a Post-Degree Certificate in English for Academic Purposes, reflecting his commitment to adapting to the Canadian legal environment and communicating with clients in a clear and professional manner. His international education was formally recognized by World Education Services as equivalent to a Canadian four-year bachelor’s degree.

In Ontario, Hafid founded Jaboune Legal Services with the mission of delivering accessible, transparent, and client-centered legal support. His practice is focused on serving individuals, tenants, landlords, and small business owners across a variety of legal matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, Small Claims Court representation, traffic offences, and human rights applications. His approach is guided by integrity, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to upholding the rights and interests of his clients.

Hafid also has hands-on experience in digital litigation processes. During his placement at Noticia LLP, he worked with eDiscovery tools to support complex litigation, conducting legal research, organizing case files, and assisting with document review and production. This practical exposure further strengthened his capacity to manage legal information in both traditional and technology-driven environments.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Hafid is uniquely positioned to support clients from diverse backgrounds. His multicultural and multilingual capabilities enable him to explain legal processes with clarity and empathy, ensuring his clients feel heard, respected, and well-informed at every step.
